These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jiji9 ("jiji9," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiji9.cam. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jiji9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from jiji9 or had an account closed for violation of these Terms.

jiji9 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each eligible player may register one (1) account only on the jiji9 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban. Where multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual through shared device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents, jiji9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• A valid Philippine mobile number in +63 format;
• A valid email address;
• Your date of birth;
• Your residential address within the Philippines.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update jiji9 if any information changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiji9 login credentials. jiji9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to secure your credentials.

All financial transactions on jiji9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiji9 supports the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may be amended by jiji9 without prior notice.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized user of the payment method being used. jiji9 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not belong to the registered player, jiji9 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

Deposits are generally processed immediately. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank system outages, or telecommunications network issues are outside jiji9's control. In such cases, jiji9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but cannot be held liable for delays not attributable to its own systems.

Players may request withdrawals to their verified GCash, Maya, or bank account registered under the same name as their jiji9 account. jiji9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. jiji9 reserves the right to request supporting documents, including a government-issued photo ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 10–30 minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are subject to inter-bank processing schedules. During high-volume periods or system maintenance, processing times may extend.

jiji9 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse a withdrawal where: (a) the account has not completed identity verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; or (d) there is an ongoing dispute or investigation relating to the account.

jiji9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the jiji9 Promotions page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall govern.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered on eligible games within a defined period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

General bonus conditions applicable across all jiji9 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above only;
• One welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated;

• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

It is the player's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change up to the moment a market closes. jiji9 reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, market suspension due to event irregularities, or where applicable sports integrity organizations have flagged suspicious activity. Voided bets are returned to the player's account in full.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or connectivity failure during a live game session, jiji9's internal logs constitute the definitive record of game state and outcomes. Where a game outcome cannot be determined with certainty, jiji9 may void the affected round and return bets to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji9 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an advantage on the platform;
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Facilitating gambling by persons under 21 years of age;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any jiji9 content without written authorization;
• Operating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.

jiji9 actively monitors platform activity for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jiji9 may without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets, withhold or recover any withdrawals already processed, and refer the matter to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

All content on the jiji9 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, icons, text, audio-visual elements, and the overall platform design — is the intellectual property of jiji9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiji9 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any jiji9 content; use any jiji9 trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written consent; or scrape, crawl, or data-mine any part of the platform.

jiji9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiji9 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiji9 is committed to protecting the personal data of Filipino players in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). Personal data collected during registration, identity verification, and platform use is used solely for the purposes of account administration, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of jiji9 services.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiji9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, loss arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security, or loss arising from events outside jiji9's reasonable control (force majeure).

The jiji9 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji9 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform or any game offered thereon.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, jiji9's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits jiji9's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by jiji9's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

jiji9 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among Filipino players. The platform provides a range of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and take effect within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is active, jiji9 will take reasonable steps to prevent the self-excluded player from accessing the platform, including blocking marketing communications and refusing new deposits. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once set; however, they may be extended at any time.

jiji9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements; (c) evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity; (d) receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player or a payment provider; (e) a request from PAGCOR or other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jiji9 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, account balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements and verification checks are satisfied.

Players may also voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting jiji9 support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance after all open bets are settled will be returned to the player within 5–10 business days.

jiji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, jiji9 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jiji9 platform, with at least seven (7) days' notice before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the jiji9 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact jiji9 support to arrange account closure and return of any remaining balance.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jiji9 regarding a bet, game outcome, payment, or account matter, the player must first contact jiji9 customer support at [email protected] to seek resolution. jiji9 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable regulations.
